摘  要:以玉米芯为原料,磷酸为活化剂制备玉米芯活性炭。当浸渍比(H3PO4∶玉米芯)为3时,在400℃活化90 min后,玉米芯活性炭对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率和收率最好。吸附剂对于含铅废水具有良好的吸附性能。当废水的pH为5,溶液的初始浓度为40 mg/L,吸附剂投加量为0.2 g,吸附时间为120 mm时,其去除率高达90%左右。研究对利用废旧农作物制备活性炭具有一定的应用前景。Activated carbon derived from corncob was prepared with H3PO4 activation in the research. The best conditions of the methylene blue's decolourization and product yield were an activation temperature of 400 ℃, an activation time of 90 min, and H3PO4/eorncob mass ratio of 3/1. Based on the research, the absorbent had a great capacity on adsorbing Pb2+ from aqueous solution. The results showed that under the room temperature, the best conditions of adsorbing Pb2 + were solution pH of 5, adsorption time of 120 rain, concentration of water sample of 40 mg/L, and absorbent mass of 0. 2 g. Under this situation, the ratio of elimination of the absorbent was above 90%. The research had application prospect to the activated carbons made by agricultural wastes.
