天津市区成年人糖耐量低减患病率的调查

摘　　要：目的 :为了解天津市区成年人糖耐量低减 (IGT)的患病率情况。方法 :于 1992年采用规范的现况调查方法 ,对不同年龄的 1436 5名成年男性和 16 5 5 6名成年女性共 30 92 1人进行 IGT患病率的调查。结果 :结果显示 :男性从 40岁开始 ,IGT患病率出现增高 ,为 31.39‰ ,以后随年龄增长逐渐升高 ,至 70～岁组达高峰 ,为 76 .92‰。女性也是从 40岁开始 IGT患病率出现增高 ,为 32 .95‰ ,以后随年龄增长也逐渐升高 ,至 6 0～岁组达高峰 ,为82 .6 5‰ ,之后 ,IGT患病率有所下降 ,到≥ 80岁 ,仅为 5 0 .78‰。本次 IGT患病率调查表明 ,男性为 2 7.5 0‰ ,女性为36 .91‰。两者差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1)。Objective:To examine the prevalence rate of Impaired Glucose Tolerance(IGT) of the adult in urban areas of Tianjin.Methods:Of 30 921 person investigated, 16 556 were female and 14 365 were male,who were divided into different age group respectively with standard method of cross sectional study in 1992.Results:The results showed that the prevalence rate of IGT rose to 31 39‰ in male and 32 95‰ in female in ≥40 ages group.Then it increased gradually with the age increasing and came to the peak of 76 92‰ in male in 70~ ages group and 82 65‰ in female in 60~ ages group.But the prevalence rate of IGT of the female decreased at ≥80 ages,which was only 50 78‰.The result also showed that the general prevalence rate of IGT was 27 50‰ in male and 36 91‰ in female( P <0 01).It proved that the prevalence rate of the female was higher than that of the male.\;
