摘　　要：本文深入分析了松辽流域城市供水现状及存在的问题,结合经济社会发展战略布局对水资源保障的需求,以松辽流域水资源综合规划等相关成果为基础,坚持总量控制、供求协调、高效利用、保护生态、重点保障、严格管理的原则,确定城市用水需求方案,制定城市供给方案和保障措施,提高城市用水供水保障能力。Combined with the need of water supply guarantee with economic and social development strategic layout, based on the Songliao basin water resources comprehensive planning and other relating results, the paper analyzes the present status and existing questions of urban water supply in Songliao basin, determines the urban water demand scheme by adheres to the principles of total quantity control of water consumed, balance between supply and demand, high efficiency utilization, protecting ecological environment, priority supporting, strict management, makes the supplement scheme and support measures to implement the urban water supportability.
