摘　　要：昆钢五高炉扩容改造后，随着生产工艺操作要求的提高及产能的增大。原除尘及煤气洗涤系统不适应高炉生产需要，为了确保高炉正常生产，分析了影响的原因，制定了对除尘及煤气洗涤系统的改造方案，经实施改造后，消除了原系统制约正常生产的隐患，达到了改善高炉操作及安全生产的目的，取得了良好效果。With the increase of production process and production capacity of No.5 BF in Kungang, , the original dust and gas washing system did not meet the needs of blast fiunace production, in order to ensure the normal production of the blast furnace, the influence reasons were analysised, and the reform scheme of dust and gas washing system were developed. After the implementation of reform, the hidden danger of original system restricted normal production was eliminated, to improve blast furnace operation and safety production, and achieved good results.
