摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板、LISS钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折方法及疗效。方法将34例复杂胫骨平台骨折手术患者行锁定钢板、LISS钢板固定,观察治疗效果。结果随访时间11～34个月,平均24个月,据HSS膝关节评分法评价疗效,优20例,良12例,中1例,差1例,总体优良率达97%。结论锁定钢板,特别是LISS钢板固定治疗复杂性胫骨骨折,创伤小、固定可靠、功能满意,是一种有效的内固定方法。Objective To explore the performance and the curative effect of locking compression plate （LCP） and less invasive sta- bilization system （LISS） plate in the surgical treatment of complex fractures of tibial plateau, Methods LCP or L1SS plates were ap- plied in the surgical treatment to 34 cases with complex fractures of tibial plateau and the curative effects were observed. Results Fol- low-up lasted from 11 months to 34 months with the average of 24 months; function of knee joint was assayed with HSS scale： 20 eases excellent, 12 cases good, 1 ease average and 1 case poor, the total excellent and good rate reached 97%. Concclusions Locking compres- sion plate, especially the LISS plate, is an effective internal fixation for complex fracture of tibial plateau with less wound, reliable fixa- tion and satisfactory function restoration,
