摘 要:为提升作战复杂系统的决策同步过程对电磁环境的适应能力,提出态势变化条件下作战决策同步模型,在此基础上提出基于环境适应算子的作战决策同步策略。通过案例分析了不同连续态势信息变化条件下的作战决策同步性能,以及态势交互路径的优化选择对电磁环境影响下的决策同步性能具有提升作用,从而验证了所提模型及策略是可行有效的。In order to improve adaptive capability of operational decision-making synchronization in operation complexity system in the complex electromagnetic environment, model of operational decision-making synchronization was constructed under situation change. On basis of this, nego- tiation strategies of operational decision-making synchronization were presented for adapting the electromagnetic environment. Application cases were designed for analyzing capability of opera- tional decision-making synchronization under different continuous changing situations, and opti- mization selection of situation interaction routes on improving capability of operational decision- making synchronization under complex electromagnetic environment, which can be verified that model and strategies presented in the paper were feasible.
