摘　　要：正确处理好农业发展与水的关系至关重要。一个以特色农业发展为方向的农业县尤其需要从理论和实践上思考来自当地现实的水资源状况及配置运行问题,找到自身的生态农业发展模式。通过具体调查,梳理并提取了云南省宾川县有关特色农业发展与用水情况的资源,剖析了当地水资源短缺约束下特色农业发展的困境和矛盾的进一步解决策略,为情形相似的中国农业发展提供有的理论指导和实践启示的一份文本。Correctly handle the relationship between agricultural development and water is essential, A characteristic agricuhural develop- ment as the direction of the agricultural county, especially on water resources and configuration problems from the local reality from, theory and practice,to find their own ecological agriculture development model. Through the investigation of specific, carding and extraction of characteristic agricultural development and water resources in Binchuan County of Yunnan Province, analyzes the difficulties and contra- dictions further solution of characteristic agricultural development of local water resources shortage constraints, provide a text has the theo- retical and practical implications for Chinese agricultural development situation similar.
