中国新疆与中亚国家人民币跨境流通的经济效应分析

摘　　要：人民币跨境业务的开展对我国和中亚国家、地区的经济、金融合作产生了积极影响。当前,新疆跨境贸易人民币业务呈现良好发展势头,但也存在诸多制约因素。从人民币跨境流通对中国新疆和中亚国家所产生的经济效应的角度,分析了该业务在实施中产生的收益和成本。得出结论是,当前的人民币跨境流通业务对我国和中亚国家利大于弊,但其顺利推进还需要政策措施的进一步完善。RMB cross-border business between China and Central Asian countries,regional economic,financial cooperation has positive effect. At present,the good momentum of development in Xinjiang cross-border trade RMB business,but also has many restriction factors. From the economic effects of RMB cross border circulation have on China's Xinjiang and Central Asian countries point of view ,analysis of the business generated in the implementation of the income and cost. The conclusion is that ,the current RMB cross-border circulation business of China and the Central Asian countries the advantages outweigh the disadvantages ,but its smoothly also need to further improve the policy measures.
