摘　　要：当前,高校学生入党积极分子培养正面临国内外意识形态领域斗争的挑战,面临多元文化相互冲突带来的挑战,面临互联网负面影响带来的挑战,面临学生自身问题带来的挑战。为深入做好大学生党员发展工作,必须健全和完善大学生入党积极分子选拔机制、培训机制和考察机制,并将选拔、培养与考察结合起来,以此推动高校学生入党积极分子培养工作的创新。At present,cultivation of college student activists of party application is faced with the challenge of the struggle in domestic and overseas realm of ideology,is faced with the challenge that multicultural conflicts have brought,is faced with the challenge that the negative effects of internet have brought,and is faced with the challenge that students＇ own problems have brought.To further make the development of college student party members,we must strengthen and improve selecting mechanism,training mechanism and inspection mechanism of the college student activists of party application,and combine the selection,training and inspection together in order to promote the innovation of cultivation work towards college student activists of the Party application.
