摘　　要：本文从高技能人才的数量、结构、布局、培养培训等方面深入分析了长吉图开发开放先导区高技能人才的现状,提出了长吉图开发开放先导区高技能人才培养的对策,为制定推进高技能人才培养的有关政策提供参考。This paper makes an in-depth analysis towards the current situation of high skilled talents of Chang-Ji-Tu Development and Opening-up Pioneering District from the aspects of high-skilled talents ＇ quantity,structure,distribution,training,puts forward some countermeasures for high-skilled talents＇ training of Chang-Ji-Tu Development and Opening up Pioneering District,and provides the reference for the formulation of related policy to promote the cultivation of high-skilled personnel.
