摘　　要：本文对专利审查涉及支持性问题中证据运用的几种方式进行了分析,同时结合具体实例阐述了证据对合理置疑支持性问题的意义所在,并对该问题中的证据运用提出了建议。This paper analyzes the several ways to utilize the evidences involving supportive problems in patent examination,and at the same time combining with concrete examples deals with the significance of the evidence for reasonably doubting the supportive problem,puts forward some suggestions on use of the evidence in the problem.
