摘　　要：利用国家知识产权局专利检索与服务系统,德温特世界专利索引数据库,并以中国专利检索系统作为补充,对特殊钢专利文献进行检索,对特殊钢专利申请的年度分布、技术领域分布、主要申请人等进行统计分析,并给出了对策和建议,以期能够揭示特殊钢行业的专利发展趋势,提高我国特殊钢企业在国内外的竞争力。This paper,making use of the State Intellectual Property Office patent retrieval and service system,Derent world patents index database,and taking the Chinese patent retrieval system as a supplement,does a retrieval towards the special steel patent literature,carries out the statistical analysis to the special steel patent application＇s annual distribution and technology distribution,the main applicants as well,and gives the countermeasure and the suggestions in order to reveal the patent development trend of special steel industry and improve the competitiveness of special steel enterprises both at home and abroad.
