摘　　要：本文以集体智慧为动力,以生态效率为目标,分析了由生态战略、生态动作和生态文化构成的三位一体生态型图书馆协同进化管理框架模型。图书馆生态观、图书馆资源能力和图书馆运作能力在集体智慧作用下共同构成了生态型图书馆内部协同进化管理的三要素。This paper takes collective intelligence as the driving force,eco-efficiency as the goal,co-evolution management framework of the trinity ecological library composed of ecological strategy,the ecological movement and ecological culture as a model.Library ecological view,library resource capability and library operating capability constitute the three elements of ecological library internal co-evolution management in the role of collective intelligence.
