摘　　要：目的：探讨妈富隆在人工流产后的应用。方法：分别将180例行人工流产术的女性分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在人工流产后开始服用妈富隆1粒/天，连服21天，对照组在人工流产后不予用药，比较两组的出血量、出血时间、月经恢复时间和再次妊娠率。结果：治疗组的出血量、出血时间、月经恢复时间和再次妊娠率均显著优于对照组。结论：人工流产后服用妈富隆能有效避孕，并减少出血量、出血时间，促进月经周期恢复。Objective To investigate the application of the Marvelon after the abortion. Methods Respectively 180abortion after operation were divided into treatment group and control group of women. The treatment group after the abortion to start taking Marvelon 1/day, take 21 days, the control group after artificial abortion is not medication. Two groups were compared with the amount of bleeding, bleeding time, menstruation time and again the pregnancy rate. Results Treatment group of the amount of bleeding, bleeding time, menstrual recovery time and subsequent pregnancy rate was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Bortion after taking Marvelon effective contraception, and reduce the amount of bleeding, bleeding time, promoting menstrual cycle recovery.
