摘　　要：论述特细纱产品的分类及用途,分析了特细纱直径小、截面纤维根数少、比表面积大、抗弯模量低、光泽柔和等特点,是适合开发精致、细密、柔软、轻薄、透气的高端纺织品用纱。阐明特细纱纺纱的原料选配、纤维混和及各主要工序的差别工艺、关键技术和器材要求。演绎利用水溶性维纶、赛络菲尔法、嵌入性纺纱法纺制超细纱的要点。指出与传统纺细纱相比,特细纱在结构和性能方面有变异,而且成本相对偏高。Description is done to the varieties and the application of super fine yarn. It proves that super fine yarn is of small diameter, less sectional ends of fiber, large proportional area, low module of bending resist- ance, and soft luster, consequently applicable in production of high quality fabric with characteristic as deli- cate,fine, soft, light,flimsy, and permeable. Elucidation is done to super fine yarn regarding the material selection,fiber blending,the difference of the main processes,and requirement of the key technology and accessories. Deduction is made to the essentials and the comparison in production of super fine yarn inclu- ding soluble vinylon filament, sirofil-spun technology,embedded spinning. Compared with the conventional spun yarn,the the super fine yarn is different in structure and performance,and more,the cost is relatively high.
