泰安地区孕妇TORCH四种病原体感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨正常孕妇及非孕妇女弓形体、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒 (TORCH )感染情况以及与异常妊娠之间的关系。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测 12 0 0例不同孕期妇女和 2 6 0例有异常妊娠史者血清中四种病原体的Ig_M。结果　早期妊娠妇女病原体的感染率明显高于晚期 ,与中期无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,有异常妊娠史者四种病原体感染率明显高于正常孕妇 ,两者比较差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论　孕早期易于受病原体感染 。Objective: To explore the infection of the TORCH in women with normal pregnancy, nonpregnancy and abnormal pregancy. Methods: With indirect ELISA the TORCH IgM in serum specimen were detected in different periods of pregnancy in 1200 women and 260 cases with abnormal pregnant history . Results: The infection frequency of TORCH in early pregnancy was much higher than that in late pregnancy, while compared with those in middle period pregnancy there was no difference. The infection fregquency of TORCH in abnormal pregnancy was much higher than that in normal pregnancy, which was significantly different. Conclusion: Pathogen infection occurs in the early period and relates to abnormal pregnancy.
