摘　　要：大连期货大厦B座钢结构工程的焊接质量得到了业主、监理和大连质量监督部门的高度评价。大连期货大厦B座钢结构工程的焊接质量优良,取决于项目部的管理、技术路线的正确;认真按照"三全、四个一切、五大管理要素"的思想编制《施工组织设计》,开展焊接工艺评定,培训焊工,对培训取证的焊工进行附加考试等,这些工作卓有成效。大连期货大厦B座钢结构工程是"鸟巢"工程之后的第一个冬季施工焊接的工程,工程最突出的、最有特色的是:钢结构冬季施工、焊接技术的成功;工程在实际焊接过程中消化吸收了"鸟巢"冬季施工技术,并有所创新,从而保证焊缝质量的不断提升。全自动、半自动药芯自保护焊(FACW-SS、FACW-SA)工艺技术在建筑钢结构中的应用成功,也是本工程的又一亮点;该项技术的采用推动了建筑钢结构技术进步,填补了建筑钢结构行业的一项空白,为后续工程提供了强有力的技术支持。In Dalian Futures Tower,the welding quality of building block B steel structure highly praised by the owners,supervision and Dalian quality supervision departments,Dalian futures building block B steel structure welding quality,depending on the project management,technical route is correct; seriously in accordance idea with ＂three total,four all,five management elements to carry out construction organization design,welding procedure qualification,training of welder,welder training evidence for additional tests,these work very fruitful.Dalian Futures Building B block,steel structure engineering is ＂welding the first winter construction after bird＇s nest＂ project,the most outstanding works,the most distinctive is：steel structure construction in winter,the welding technology of project success ;in the actual welding process of digestion and absorption of the construction technology of ＂bird＇s nest＂ in winter,and to have the innovation,thereby ensure continuous improvement of weld quality.Full automatic,semi automatic FACW-SS,FACW-SA welding technologies and their application in building steel structure,is another bright spot of this project.The technology used to promote the construction of steel structure of technological progress,fill a blank of architectural steel structure industry,has provided the powerful technical support for the subsequent project.
