摘　　要：TKMH堆取料机是澳大利亚某矿业公司在中国采购的一批采矿设备,该机的十字平衡梁、配重梁是整套设备的重要结构之一。每个梁上面的四个耳板更为重要,它要承受着重载荷、动载荷以及工作状态下的不间断磨损。针对TKMH堆取料机平衡梁、配重梁大耳板的焊接要求,通过对BISALLOY80(Grade700)高强度耐磨钢的性能分析、材料复验、工艺评定试验,提出了合理的焊接工艺方法,并在工程实例中成功验证实施。充分证明了该焊接工艺方法切实可行,也为今后的高强度耐磨钢焊接工程提供了工艺参考和经验指导。TKMH material piling and taking machine is an Australian mining company purchasing a batch of mining equipment in China,it＇s cross balance beam,beam of balancing is one of the important structure of the whole equipment,and each beam plate of the four above ear is more important,it should carry on load,dynamic load and the working condition of continuous wear and tear.For TKMH material piling and taking machine balance beam and counterweight Liang Daer plate welding requirements,through the BISALLOY80 （Grade700） of high strength wear resistant steel material performance analysis,the reinspection,procedure qualification test,proposed scientific and reasonable welding method,and verified successfully implemented in the engineering examples,fully proved that the welding method is feasible,also for future high strength wear resistant steel welding engineering experience provides the reference and guidance.
