摘　　要：根据等离子弧喷涂设备的技术要求,分析了等离子弧喷涂设备的组成,设计了喷涂枪结构和等离子弧喷涂设备的电路图。分析等离子弧喷涂设备的工作程序流程,以S7-300可编程控制器为中心元件,设计了等离子弧喷涂设备的PLC自动控制系统。该喷涂设备具有操作方便、可靠性高、稳定性好的特点,控制功能和精度优良,可喷涂各种陶瓷粉末及合金,喷涂层性能良好。According to the requirement of plasma spraying equipment technology,this paper analyzed the composition of plasma arc spraying equipment,spraying gun structure design,circuit design of plasma arc spraying equipment.An analysis of the plasma spraying equipment working procedure is given.Using S7-300 programmable controller as the center part to design an automatic control system for plasma arc spraying equipment PLC.The spraying device has the characterisics of convenient operation,high reliability,good stability,excellent control function and accuracy,can be sprayed all kinds of ceramic powder and alloy,coating with good performance.
