摘 要:针对反映模压罩杯质量的主要问题,在分析目前企业中罩杯性能的评价指标的基础上,对罩杯的成形性(罩杯杯深差、厚度)、手感、外观及水洗效果的评价方法进行改进研究。结合模压罩杯独特的三维立体形态及柔软性,搭建及改装相关试验仪器,如为罩杯做一个支架装置取代传统测试中的人的手背;在高度尺上安装一个有尖点的探头,用探头的触探确保接触到测量点的准确性;同时,采用单向光投影的方法来观察探头是否刚好接触到测量点。这些方法为准确有效地控制模压罩杯的生产提供科学、可靠的评价手段。This paper aims at the problems which reflect molded cup quality and studies the evaluation method of the formability (molded cup depth difference, thickness), handle, appearance and washing effect of molded cup based on analyzing the evaluation indexes of molded cup properties in enterprise. Then experimental apparatus are set up and modified combining with the unique three dimensional shapes and softness of molded cup. For example, a bracket device for cup is set up instead of hand back in traditional test. A probe with sharp point is installed on the height gauge to ensure the measuring accuracy with the probe access to measurement point. At the same time, a way of mono-directional light projection is used to observe whether the probe just contacts with the measurement point or not. Thus it provides the industry with scientific and reliable evaluation method for the development of molding production of molded bra cups.
