摘  要:为了研究分析纤维素纤维与氨纶交织产品三种定量测试方法间的差异,选取棉+氨纶、黏胶+氨纶、莱赛尔+氨纶和莫代尔4-氨纶等7种类型的交织产品,分别采用手工拆分法、二甲基甲酰胺法(DMF法)和二甲基乙酰胺法(DMAC法)进行对比测试。结果表明:手工拆分法结果最为稳定,平行样品测试结果偏差不大于0.2%,试验结果接近真实值:DMF法和DMAC法的测试结果比算术平均值偏大1%~4%,可通过调整修正系数d降低偏差.建议调整棉+氨纶和黏胶+氨纶型交织产品d为1.02,调整莱赛尔+氨纶和莫代尔+氨纶型交织产品d为1.01.To study the differences of three quantitative analysis methods' for cellulose fiber and spandex inter- knitted product, cotton/spandex, viscose/spandex, lyocell/spandex, modal/spandex and other seven types of products were selected to be analyzed. These tests used methods of manual split, dimethyl formamide and dimethyl ac- etamide respectively. The results showed that manual split is the most stable way, Whose parallel sample test is less than 0.2%, the tested result of which is close to the reality; Both the test results of dimethyl formamide and dimethyl aeetamide methods are 1%-4% larger than the arithmetic mean, by adjusting the correction factor d, the deviation can be reduced. The products of cotton/spandex and viscose/spandex correction factors are proposed to be adjusted to 1.02, the other two groups to 1.01.
