摘　　要：目的:设计、编写并应用医疗科技成果评审系统,将评审工作信息化。方法:利用Oracle数据库管理软件创建评审系统数据库,以PowerBuider 9.0为基本的开发工具编写应用程序。结果:在评审过程中,专家可以使用该系统进行同步评分,组织人员通过该系统可以方便地整合、计算、导出或打印评分结果。结论:该系统具有管理数据科学、操作步骤严谨、应用维护成本低、兼容性好等优点,可以简化评审工作的步骤,规范评审工作的流程,节约开支,提高效率,杜绝舞弊行为,为评审工作提供一套公平、公正的评定方案。Objective To design, develop and apply iatrical science and technology achievement evaluation system in order to make evaluation work informatized. Methods Oracle software was used to construct the database, and PowerBuilder9.0 to program. Results When evaluation performed, simultaneous grading could he carried out by the experts, and the integration, calculation, export and printing of the results could be implemented by the staffs. Conolusion The system behaves well in data management, operation flow, maintenance, compatibility and etc, which can make the evaluation simplified and standardized, the cost decreased and the efficiency increased.
