摘　　要：目的:对便携式血糖仪的性能指标进行质量控制检测,判断其测试数值是否可被接受。方法:利用NCCLS的评价体系为检测指导,利用全自动生化分析仪、己糖激酶法测得数据为对照,对血糖仪测得结果进行分析。结果:经过对便携式血糖仪进行质量控制检测分析,其精密度、准确性、抗干扰性均符合相关要求,表明该种方法可以被接受。结论:经过质量控制检测,便携式血糖仪可以较好地用于血糖测试。Objective To perform quality control detection of the performance indexes of the portable blood glucose meter in order to determine if the measurements are acceptable. Methods NCCLS evaluation system was used for direction, and then the results by the meter were compared with those by fully automatic biochemical analyzer and hexokinase method. Results The precision, accuracy and anti interference performance of the meter could meet the requirements, and thus the blood glucose by the meter was feasible. Conolusion Quality control detection proves that the portable meter can be used for blood glucose measuring.
