摘　　要：围绕国内医疗卫生行业特点,结合医疗设备维护保障专业的客观实际,倡导在传统医疗设备维修保养的基础上,构建医疗设备维护与质量控制紧密结合的维护保障业务运行机制与充分调动维修资源的集约化设备维护保障管理模式,并针对人力资源、技术规范、工作标准和信息综合管理等分别进行了探索研究,提出了在现有条件下健全相关业务内容,完善工作方法的原则方案。The practical conditions in the field of medical facilities maintenance is considered. It＇s advocated to establish an operational mechanism on maintenance business with medical facilities maintenance and quality control tightly integrated, and an intensive maintenance management mode to mobilize resources, based on the characteristics of the national health system. Additionally, the human resources, technical regulations, working standards and information comprehensive management are studied, and a way is proposed to develop relevant businesses under the current conditions, rules, and schemes to complete the working method as well.
