摘　　要：目的　探讨出血性输卵管炎误诊原因。方法　收集病史、临床表现、进行血常规、B超检查及术后病理活检。结果　 2 8例均被误珍为宫外孕或卵巢破裂 ,与对本病的认识不足有关。结论　出血性输卵管炎极易误诊 ,临床工作中应加强鉴别 ,减少误诊发生。Objective: To explore the causes of misdiagnosis about salpingitis Methods: The data of history and clinical manifestaitions, blood routine examinations and B ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus, and pathological examination after operation were used ReSults: 28 cases were all misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy or rupture of ovary, whith were related with insufficient knowledge about the disease Conclusion: Hemorrhagic salpingitis is readily misdignosed Identifications should be enforced in order to derease the misdiagnosis rate in clinical practice.
