摘　　要：目的　探讨利多卡因雾化吸入对支气管哮喘的疗效。方法　将支气管哮喘病人吸入利多卡因前后的症状、体征、FEV1及血气变化进行观察、分析、对比。结果　利多卡因治疗支气管哮喘的有效率为 93 0 6 %。结论利多卡因雾化吸入是一种简单、廉价、有效的防治支气管哮喘的方法。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of the inhalation of lidocaine on the patients with asthma. Methods: The changes of symptoms, signs, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1)and arterial blood gas of the patients with asthma were observed before and after inhaling lidocaine. Results: The effective rate of inhaling lidocaine was 93.06% on the patients with asthma. Conclusion: The inhalation of lidocaine is a simple, economical and effective way of treatins asthma.
