摘　　要：单一经济逻辑支配下的城镇化发展是畸形的、且不可持续,城镇化应该是经济发展和社会建设的并重与协同。经济逻辑主导下的城镇化最终可能使政府成为城镇化的敌人。合理城镇化过程不仅需明确政府的功能定位,警惕权力与资本的过多结合,限制政府基于GDP冲动的参与,亦当培育和促进文化环境、生活方式、价值观念等方面的现代性转变,注重经济与社会的协同发展。The development of urbanization dominated by the unitary economic logic is abnormal because urbanization must pay equal attention to and stress collaboration on both economic development and social construction. The urbaniza- tion dominated by economic logic is likely to make the government become its opponent in the end. In a rational urbani- zation process, it is needed not only to pinpoint the functional positioning of the government but also to guard against ex- cessive combination of power and capital, and restrain the participation of the government based on GDP impulse. It is also imperative to foster and boost modern transformation in the aspects like cultural environment, life style, values and so on, and attach importance to economic and social development in coordination.
