摘　　要：以西门子PLC输出的模拟电压控制PWM发生器的占空比,进而实现直流电机的PWM调速控制。在设计中,西门子S7-200系列CPU224XP CN(AC/DC/RLY)作为整个控制系统的核心部分,配备PWM产生模块、测速电路模块以及相应的调速按钮和系统指示灯,实现对电机转速的测量和调节。最后进行设计的实际测试,结果表明:用PLC来实现直流电机的转速控制效果符合控制要求。This paper uses analog voltageof PLC＇ s output to control PWM generator duty cycle, thus achieving PWM DC mo- tor speed control. In the design, use a Siemens S7-200 series CPU224XP CN （AC / DC / RLY） as a core part of the whole control system, with PWM generation module, speed measuring circuit module and the corresponding speed button and the system indica- tor to realize the measurement and regulation of motor speed.At last,practical test the design,the results show that：PLC to achieve the effect of DC motor speed control meet the requirements.
