摘　　要：实现了一种基于短消息控制的印版质量自动检测系统,系统采用短消息控制的机器视觉技术和嵌入式技术,通过对印刷表面信息的提取和处理,完成了印版在线质量实时检测,依据检测结果给出报警信号和剔除控制等操作,实现了印版的智能检测。This paper introduce an online checking system for printing sheet quality based on image processing. The system can check the quality of printing sheets on product line in real time, and it gets satisfied effects in practical application.
