基于STC89C58的直流系统绝缘监测装置设计

摘　　要：针对现有直流系统绝缘监测装置存在的绝缘故障误报问题,设计的绝缘监测装置以单片机STC89C58RD+作为核心控制器,采用photomos开关组成高压检测电路,利用串行12位A/D转换器等元件组成母线及支路信号采集电路,运用改进的不平衡电桥切换检测算法,实现了准确监测直流系统母线、支路正负极对地电阻的功能。测试证明该装置检测精度高于同类装置,抗干扰能力强,运行稳定可靠,解决了误报问题。Aiming to the false alarm problem of DC system insulation fault nowadays, using the improved unbalanced bridge switching detection algorithm, the author designed an insulation monitor for DC system. In the device, the core controller is MCU STC89C58RD＋, and the high voltage detection circuit is composed of photomos switchs, and the signal acquisition circuit of DC system bus and branch is composed of elements such as serial 12 bit A/D converter. The device can monitor accurately the resistance of the DC system bus to ground or branch to interference ability is strong, running is stable
