摘  要:使用子空间和矩阵代数的方法估计电能质量参数(PQIs),是IEEE Std 1459-2010比较新的定义.出于这个原因,为进一步研究这些方法在PQIs估计中的有效性,从被测信号噪声的基本特性出发,提出了基于精确模型定阶的TLS-ESPRIT(总体最小二乘-旋转矢量不变技术)PQIs新估算方法;该方法采用互谱技术处理不同采样序列的互相关矩阵,并可通过特征值分解法对检测信号的互相关函数阵进行准确"定阶".仿真和实验结果表明,该方法在低信噪比环境下,具有良好的估算精度和效率.The use of subspace and Matrix Algebra (MA) methods for estimating Power Quality Indices (PQIs) as defined by IEEE Std 1459-2010 is relatively new. For this reason there is room for further research about these methods and their efficiency applied to estimating PQIs. In this paper, the simultaneous estimation of PQIs via TLS(total least square)and ESPRIT (estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques ) based method is proposed with an accurate model order for power system signals detection. This method was proposed on the basis of the essential property of noise information and the modern cross spectrum; it enables the alleviation of the effects of additive noise, and improves the computational efficiency. Computer simulation and experiment were performed to assess the performance of the method.
