摘 要:采用HPLC-MS/MS法,研究酸枣仁皂苷A在体外模拟大鼠胃内容物中的代谢趋势及其代谢产物。收集Wistar大鼠胃内容物,于37℃下孵育一定浓度酸枣仁皂苷A,测定不同时间点样品中的酸枣仁皂苷A浓度,并分析其代谢规律及代谢产物的可能结构。结果表明:酸枣仁皂苷A在胃内容物中有明显降解趋势,6 h后降解百分数为55.63%。在样品中检测到3种代谢产物,主要为酸枣仁皂苷A的系列水解产物。The metabolic tendency of Jujuboside A and its metabolites in rat's stomach contents were investigated by HPLC-MS/MS method.The stomach contents were collected from Wistar rats.The certain content of Jujuboside A was cultivated under the constant temperature of 37 ℃.A series of degradation samples were assayed at different time.The degradation regularity and possible structures of metabolites were analyzed.The degradation tendency of Jujuboside A in stomach contents was obvious,and degradation percentage was 55.63 % in 6 h.Three metabolites were identified as the serial hydrolysis products of Jujuboside A.
