紫背天葵水浸出液中金属离子含量的测定

摘　　要：采用沸水浸泡的方法制备紫背天葵的提取液,用火焰原子吸收法对金属离子进行了定量分析,同时计算了相关金属离子的浸出率。结果表明,紫背天葵水浸出液中含有较丰富的铁、锰、钠、镁、铝、钾等金属元素。所得数据可为紫背天葵的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供参考。The Gynura bicolor D. C extract was prepared with the method of boiling water immersion, and the quantitative analysis of the metal ions in extract was executed by the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry （FAAS） , meanwhile, the metal leaching rate was calculated too. The results showed that there were relative rich Fe, Mn, Na, Mg, Al, K and other ions in Gynura bicolor D. C leach liquor. All of this data could provide reference for the further research and comprehensive utilization of Gynura bicolor D. C in the future.
