星状神经节阻滞治疗肩手综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：星状神经节阻滞（SGB）目前广泛应用于临床，对肩手综合征患者亦有较好的治疗效果。SGB主要阻滞交感神经兴奋性，使血浆去甲。肾上腺素（NE）和P物质含量降低。本文对肩手综合征的发病机理、星状神经节阻滞的机理及星状神经节阻滞治疗肩手综合征的相关研究进行综述。Stellate ganglion block （SGB） is now widely used in clinical practice. It also has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome （SHS）. SGB main- ly depresses the sympathetic nerve excitability, decreases plasma norepinephrine （NE） and substance P content. In this paper, pathogenesis of shoulder-hand syndrome, mechanism of stellate ganglion block, and the related researches about stellate ganglion block in the treatment of shoulder-hand syn- drome were reviewed.
