摘  要:研究了含磷阻燃型离子液体([TCEPMIM][Cl])对煤矿用聚氨酯注浆材料结构与性能的影响,重点考察了[TCEPMIM][Cl]对其导热和热稳定性能的影响.结果表明:[TCEPMIM][Cl]在聚氨酯注浆材料的固化过程中,会影响其结构形成;当[TCEPMIM][Cl]掺量(质量分数)从0%增加到20%时,聚氨酯注浆材料的导热系数逐渐增大,最大值为0.062W/(m·K);聚氨酯注浆材料的热稳定性能则随[TCEPMIM][Cl]掺量的增加呈现先提高后降低的变化趋势;当[TCEPMIM][Cl]的掺量为2%时,聚氨酯注浆材料的起始分解温度和最大分解速率温度达到最大值,分别为300.3,343.2℃;当[TCEPMIM][Cl]的掺量为5%时,聚氨酯注浆材料热分解后残留质量分数最大(28.0%);通过比较发现,当[TCEPMIM][Cl]掺量为5%时,聚氨酯注浆材料的综合性能最佳,在呈现较好抗静电性能和抗压强度的同时,还具有一定的阻燃能力、较高的导热系数和热稳定性.The impacts of [TCEPMIM][C1], one kinds of ionic liquid containing phosphonium, on the structure and properties of polyurethane grouting materials(PUGM) applied in coal mine were investigated, especially the effects of [TCEPMIM] l-C1] on their thermal conductivity and thermal stability. The results reveal that [TCEPMIM][C1] has obvious effects on the structure formation and properties of PUGM. When the addition amount of [TCEPMIM] [CI] changes from 0% (by mass) to 20 %, the thermal conductivity of PUGM increases to 0. 062 W/(m K). Additionally, the thermal stability of PUGM increases at first and then decreases with gradu- ally increasing amount of [TCEPMIM][C1] in PUGM. When the amount of [TCEPMIM][C1] is 2 %, the PUGM presents the highest initial decomposition temperature and the maximum decomposition rate temperature will be at 300.3 ℃ and 343. 2 ℃ respectively. The maximum residual mass of decomposed PUGM is 28% when the amount of [TCEPMIM] [C1] is 5 %. The PUGM exhibits a higher compressive strength, better antistatic property, excel- lent thermal conductivity and thermal stability, and then it also has a good flame retardant ability when the added amount of [TCEPMIM][C1] is 5% in its matrices.
