摘　　要：目的总结用椎体后凸成形术（PercutaneousKyPhoPlasty，PKP）治疗老年人胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床结果及并发症。方法术中采用单侧经椎弓根人路穿刺，每个椎体注射骨水泥2.5ml，平均4．1ml。观察临床结果及术后并发症进行回顾性分析。结果46例术前疼痛症状完全缓解，4例部分缓解；未见伤椎再骨折、骨与骨水泥界面松动及相邻椎体骨折发生。术后4d及末次随访时伤椎前中柱椎体高度、后凸Cobb角及疼痛评分均较术前显著改善（P〈0．05），术后4d与末次随访时比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论椎体后凸成形术在老年人胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果良好，但需注意其并发症的预防及处理。Objective To summarize the clinical results and complications of （PKP） for osteo- porotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in the aged. Methods Through unipedicular approach, each injured vertebra was injected with 2~5 ml （mean,4.1 ml）bone cement. Clinical results and complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results Postoperatively,complete pain relief was achieved in 46 cases and partial pain relief in 4 cases;no re-fracture,loosening at the interface or adjacent vertebra fracture occurred. At 4 days after operation and last follow-up,the anterior and middle column height,Cobb angle and visual analogue scale（VAS） score were improved significant- ly compared with those before operation （P〈0.05）; and there was no significant difference between 4 days and last follow-up（P〉0.05）. Conclusion PKP is an effective treatment for osteoporotic tho- racolumbar compression fractures in the aged,however,the prevention and treatment of the compli- cations of PKP should be pay attention to.
