摘　　要：目的评估2012年仁寿县中-默项目三口百惠防治艾滋病工程实施效果。方法随机抽取对象,用统一问卷入户调查留守居民100人,电话调查外出务工人员100人。结果农村留守和外出务工人员居民艾防知识知晓率由项目实施前的25.00%、39.00%提高到项目结束后的49.00%、89.00%(χ2=12.36和χ2=41.78,P<0.01),同期自愿咨询检测人数增长375.00%。结论经过三口百惠防艾工程的实施,仁寿县农村居民和外出务工人员艾滋病知识的知晓率和自愿咨询检测人数圴有了一定的提高,达到了预期效果。Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of China - HIV/AIDS partnership CMAP （MSD） -SanKouBaiHui AIDS preventing and controlling project in 2012. Methods One hundred rural resi- dents and migrant workers each were surveyed with questionnaires through respectively ways of face - to - face and telephone. Results The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge among the rural residents and mi- grant workers increased from 25.00%, 39.00% to 49.00%, 89. 00% （X2 = 12. 36 and X2 =41.78, both P 〈 0. 01 ）, respectively ; the number of VCTs increased by 375.00% compared with that of the same period before publicity. Conclusion After the implementation of the project in Renshou county, the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and voluntary consultation examination population among rural residents and migrant workers have raised to certain level and achieved the anticipated effect.
