摘  要:目的了解垃圾炉排研发制造生产企业存在的职业病危害因素和危害程度,以及所采取的职业病危害防护措施,为该行业的职业卫生工作提供参考依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,选择有代表性的粉尘6个检测点、锰及其化合物4个检测点、噪声10个检测点、苯系物1个检测点。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、锰及其化合物、噪声及苯系物。其中粉尘、锰及其化合物、苯系物合格率为100%;噪声合格率为66.7%。结论粉尘、噪声作为垃圾炉排制造行业的重点控制因素,其所涉及的超标岗位为关键控制点。Objective To understand the occupational to facilitate proper occupational hazards prevention hazards in a R&D enterprise producing garbage grate so as measures. Methods Field survey of occupational hygiene and detection of occupational hazards factors were both conducted. The spots were selected as: dust spots, 6 ; manganese and its compounds, 4; noise 10; benzene compound, 1. Results The vocational hazard factors in- cluded dust, manganese and its compounds, noise and benzene. The qualified rate of dust, manganese and its compound, benzene compound were all 100% and the qualified rate of noise was 66. 7%. Conclusion Dust and noise are the major vocational hazards in industry of garbage grate and involved work posts should be paid equivalent attention to.
