摘  要:以氯甲基化的聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯交联树脂(氯球;PS)作为载体基本骨架,首先分别以聚乙二醇、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺及三乙醇胺为配体对其改性,然后进行氯化镁的负载,并依次对其结构进行IR表征分析.结果表明:各配体均实现了对PS的配位改性,改性后的树脂对目的物——氯化镁能实现较好负载;从其接枝量上考虑,PEG200对氯球的改性优于PEG300、PEG600等,对氯化镁的负载量高达到3.051mmol·g-1;对于醇胺类配体,三乙醇胺改性效果优于乙醇胺和二乙醇胺,但经二乙醇胺改性后,对目的物的负载效果较好,负载量高达4.195 mmol·g-1;将制得的催化剂应用于甲醛一步法合成水杨醛实验,重复5次,活性未见明显下降.This study used the chloro-methylated polystyrene-divinyl benzene cross-linked resin(chloromethyl- ated bead; PS) as the basic skeleton of carrier. Firstly, polyethylene glyeol, aleohol amine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine were used as ligands in the modification. And then, magnesium chloride was loaded to the modified ones. Finally, the strueture of IR were analysed separately. The results indicated that the coordination modification of PS of the ligands were all realized, and the modified PS had a good ability of loading the obiect- magnesium chloride. Considering the quantity of grafting, the effect of modification of PEG200 is better than PEG300 and 600 etc, the capacity of loading is 3 051 mmol · g-1 ; as for the aleamines, the effect of modification of triethanolamine is better than ethanol amine and diethanolamine, but after modifying by dietha- nolamine, the PS has a better ability to load the object, and the capacity of loading is 4. 195 mmol · g-1. The catalysts prepared were used in one-step synthesis of salicylaldehyde experiment. After reusing for 5 times,the activity was still excellent.
