摘  要:合成了一种新型二硫代氨基甲酸盐重金属捕集剂(DTC-U),考察其对含铅废水的处理效果.实验结果表明:处理10 mg/L的含Pb2+废水,pH值范围3~10,DTC-U投加量为26 mg/L,聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂,搅拌反应8 min,去除率达到95%以上,废水中Pb2+浓度可降至0.5 mg/L以下,达到国家排放标准(GB 25466—2010)要求.在Pb2+、Cd2+共存的情况下,Pb2+比Cd2+优先反应;投加量适当时,可使废水中两种离子浓度均小于国家排放标准的要求.该新型重金属捕集DTC-U适用的pH值范围宽,使用效果好,有良好的应用前景.In this study, a new heavy mental capturing agent DTC-U containing dithiocarbamate was systhe- sized, and the treatment efficiency of Pb2+ wastewater was researched. The results showed that: for wastewater containing 10 mg/L Pb2+ , the residual dosage of Pb2+ was below 0. 5 mg/L by added 26 mg/L DTC-U, pH 3 - 10, using PAC as flocculant and slower stirring for 8min. The removal rate of Pb2+ from wastewater can be achieved over 95% which was enough to meet the request of the GB25466--2010. For the co - existence of Pb2+ and Cd2+ in wastewater, Pb2+ was preferentially reaction compared to Cd2+. And the residual dosage of Pb2 + and Cd2+ can meet the requirements of the GB25466--2010. The DTC-U is suitable for use in wide pH, Jaas the favorable effect and has a good application prospect.
