摘  要:采用微注射成型制备等规聚丙烯(iPP)制品,通过拉伸测试、广角X射线衍射法(WAXD)、小角X射线散射法(SAXS)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了退火对微注塑iPP制品的拉伸性能和微观结构的影响.拉伸结果表明:经过不同温度(100,120,140℃)退火后,试样的拉伸性能都得到较大提高.其中,140℃退火后拉伸强度和模量分别提高了100.30%和90.32%,断裂伸长率提高了23.09%,断裂韧性提高了156.44%.微观结构分析结果表明:经过退火后,拉伸强度和拉伸模量的增加主要归因于结晶度和片晶厚度的增加;无定形区厚度及无定形区分子链段运动能力增大则是导致其断裂伸长率和断裂韧性提高的主要原因.The isotactic polypropylene (iPP) samples were prepared by using micro-injection molding. Tensile test, wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) , small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were conducted to investigate the effect of annealing on the tensile properties and micro- structures of micro-injection molded iPP. The results of the tensile test reveal that the tensile properties of the iPP products are improved after being annealed at different temperature (100 ℃ , 120 ℃ and 140 ℃ ). For that annealed at 140 ℃ , the tensile strength and modulus are increased by 100.30% and 90.32% , respectively, the elongation at break increases by 23.09 % and the tensile toughness by 156.44%. The mierostructure analysis shows that the improvements of tensile strength and tensile modulus of iPP specimens are attribu- ted to the increasing of crystallinity and lamellae thickness after annealed ; meanwhile, the increasing thickness of amorphous region and the flexibility of molecular chain segment in amorphous region lead to the improve- ment of the elongation at break and the tensile toughness.
