摘 要:利用fluent软件对垂直单向流洁净室进行了数值模拟,得到了洁净室内的流线分布、乱流度及断面平均风速.模拟结果表明,在模拟范围内满布比越大,进口旋涡越小,流线平行度越好,乱流度越小.当满布比为60%和70%时,进口处旋涡较明显.当满布比为80%时,进口处旋涡较小,流线平行度满足单向流要求,X=0和Y=0断面的乱流度分剐为0.1803和0.1940,均小于0.3;X=0和Y=0断面的平均风速分别为0.3354m/s和0.3355m/s,均在0.2—0.5m/s范围内,满足单向流洁净室的设计要求.Vertical unidirectional flowing clean room is simulated by using fluent software, the streamline dis- tribution, undistributed degree of velocity and sectional average wind speed of clean room are obtained. The simulation results show that, in the range of simulation, with the ratio of blowing area increases, the inlet vor- tex decreases, the streamline parallel degree becomes good, undistributed degree of velocity decreases. When the ratio of blowing area is 60% and 70% , the inlet vortex is obvious. When the ratio of blowing area is 80% , the inlet vortex is small, the streamline parallel degree meets the requirements of unidirectional flow. Velocity undistributed degree of X = 0 plane and Y = 0 plane is 0. 180 3 and 0. 194 0, less than 0.3. The average wind velocity of X = 0 plane and Y= 0 plane is 0. 335 4 m/s and 0. 335 5 m/s, in the range of 0.2 0.5 m/s, meets the design requirements of unidirectional flowing clean room.
