摘　　要：目的:探讨和总结药学监护对急性心肌梗死患者的临床效果,为深入开展专科临床药师工作提供参考。方法:通过临床实践和文献对急性心肌梗死患者的药学监护进行探讨和总结。结果:通过临床药师有效的药学监护,能够提高急性心肌梗死患者的抢救成功率,并改善其生存质量。结论:应加强和完善对急性心肌梗死患者的药学监护工作,更好地发挥药师在临床治疗中的作用,为临床和患者提供有效的药学服务。OBJECTIVE ：To discuss and summarize the clinical effectiveness of the pharmaceutical care for patients with acute myocardial infarction for clinical pharmacists＇ reference in carrying out work in special department. METHODS ： The pharmaceutical care for patients with acute myocardial infarction was discussed and summarized based on clinical practice and literature review. RESULTS： The effective pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists resulted in improvement in the success rate of rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction and improvement of their quality of life. CONCLUSION： We should strengthen and improve the pharmaceutical care for patients with acute myocardial infarction and bring pharmacist＇s role into full play so as to provide effective clinical and pharmaceutical care for the patients.
