摘 要:绿色施工是建筑节能的一个重要环节,而绿色施工方案的优劣决定了绿色施工的实施效果。因此,可靠的绿色施工方案评价方法将会促进建筑节能目标的实现。首先构建了多层次的绿色施工方案评价指标体系,在此基础上,将德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价技术和价值工程原理结合起来,设计了多模型集成的绿色施工方案评价方法。案例研究表明,该评价方法统筹考虑了绿色施工的效果和成本,能有效地把定性评价定量化,评价结果直观、可靠,具有较好的实用价值,可供绿色施工决策参考。Green construction is an important part of building energy-saving, and the characteristics of green construction determine the effect of green construction. Therefore, a reliable green construction program evaluation method will help to realize the building energy-saving goals. The paper firstly builds a evaluation index system for green construction program, and presents a muhi-model integrated method to evaluate green construction program, which compromises the merits of Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and value engineering. The case shows that this method overall considers the effect and cost of green construction, and can effectively translate qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation. The evaluation result is intuitive and reliable. It has a good practical value, and would provide decision support for the implementation of green construction.
