摘　　要：为保证填充墙砌体满足抗震、节能、装饰等要求,针对当前施工中存在的墙体开裂、饰面层脱落、外墙渗水等问题,通过采取审图把关、砌筑流程及施工工艺优化等措施,有效释放或抵抗砌体涨缩变形,实现填充墙体的各项功能,确保填充墙砌体砌筑和饰面施工质量。Based on the problems of wall cracks, ornamental surface shedding and external wall seepage, in order to ensure the block filling wall can meet the requirements of seismic, energy-saving and decoration, the quality control measures are introduced including drawing inspecting, construction process optimization, et al, the deformation of masonry is controlled, and the quality of block filling wall bricklaying and ornamental surface are ensured.
