摘　　要：总结双蛋白改性维纶莫代尔棉混纺纱上浆技术要点。根据双蛋白改性维纶纤维、莫代尔纤维、棉纤维的特性,采用PVA含量较少的浆料配方和"保回潮、小张力、中压力"的浆纱工艺,达到了增强、保伸、耐磨的浆纱目的,保证了织机效率和产品质量。认为:双蛋白改性维纶莫代尔棉混纺纱上浆,应选用高浓低黏、稳定性好的浆料,严格控制浆纱张力,压浆辊压力应先轻后重。Key points of sizing double protein modified vinylon Modal cotton blended yarn were summarized. According to the properties of double protein modified vinylon, Modal and cotton, sizing instruction containing less PVA and sizing processing of keeping moisture, less tension and middle pressure were adopted. Sizing aim of increasing strength, keeping elongation and wear resistance can be reached, weaving efficiency and product quality can be ensured. It is considered that for the blended yarn, size mixture with higher density, lower viscosity, better stability should be adopted, sizing pressure should be controlled strictly, pressure of squeezing roller should be first light after heaw.
