莱赛尔纤维系列交织物的生产体会

摘　　要：总结莱赛尔纤维系列交织物的生产要点。介绍了莱赛尔纤维的性能特点,以六种莱赛尔纤维系列交织物为例,分析了生产难点,整经前对筒子纱进行加湿,优选浆纱工艺参数,结合产品特点,优选每个品种的织造工艺参数,最终使莱赛尔纤维系列产品织造顺利,织机效率和经纬向停台达到了较好效果。Key points in producing Lyocell fiber series interwoven fabrics were summarized. Property of Lyocell fiber was introduced, taking six kinds of Lyocell fiber interwoven fabric as examples ,produetion difficulties were analyzed. Cheese was humidified in warping process. Processing was optimized in sizing process. According to each product property, weaving processing parameter was optimized. Finally Lyocell fiber series interwoven fabrics are produced successfully, loom efficiency, warp and weft stop can be reached better effect.
