摘　　要：探讨细特涤纶竹节纱与莫代尔涤纶混纺纱交织物的生产技术要点。根据市场需求提出了产品的设计思路和设计规格。通过采取相关措施,有效地解决了生产试制过程中的关键工艺技术问题,取得了产品开发的良好效果。认为:应优选梳棉针布和细纱钢丝圈,正确选择竹节纱参数,合理配置络筒工艺,优选浆料配方和喷气织机工艺,最终可以生产出质量满足要求的细特涤纶竹节纱与莫代尔涤纶混纺纱交织物。Production technology key points of fine polyester slub yarn interwoven fabric were discussed. Product design ideas and design specifications were put forward according to market demand. According to adopting related measures, key technology problems in producing trial weaving process were solved effectively, better effect of product development can be got. It is considered that quality of the product can be reached after adopting a series of measures,including optimizing card clothing and ring traveler, selecting slub parameter correctly, adopting winding processing rationally, optimizing sizing instruction and air jet loom processing.
