摘  要:目的探讨分阶段360度绩效反馈护士评价体系在手术室的应用效果。方法结合各级护士岗位职责和360度绩效反馈法,建立分阶段2360度绩效反馈护士评价体系,应用于手术室护士评价,结果2010~2013年,手术室护士每年均顺利通过考核、医生满意率为97.0%~99.8%,护生满意率为92.7%~95.2%,患者满意率为96.5%~98.3%,结论分阶段360度绩效反馈护士评价体系能更客观地反映手术室护士的综合情况、适用于手术室护士的综合评价,并可作为护士晋升职称。Objective room nurses. Methods the effects of a phased 360-degree performance appraisal feedback system for operating the duties and responsibilities of each post in operating rooms,a phased 360-degree performance appraisal feedback system was developed and applied in nurses' pertbrmance appraisal. Results The operating room nurses passed the performance appraisal from 2010 to 2013. The surgeons' satisfaction ranged from 97.0% to 99.8%; the nursing students' satisfaction ranged from 92.7% to 95.2%; the patient satisfaction ranged from 96.5% to 98.3%. Conclusion The phased 360-degree performance appraisal feedback system for operating room nurses ean objectively reflect nurses' comprehensive performance. It can provide reliable reference fnr the promotion and selection of excellent nurses.
