压疮管理软件在构建压疮标准化防护体系中的应用与评价

摘　　要：目的开发并应用压疮管理软件,构建压疮防范管理的标准化防护体系,提高压疮防护质量和管理实效。方法运用具有压疮风险识别、伤口评估、压疮防护指南、伤口会诊和质量监控五大模块功能的压疮管理软件对我院压疮及高危人群实施动态防护与质量监控。结果压疮管理软件应用后,护士对压疮防护工作认可度提高,与应用前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。软件应用后不同层级护士压疮防范管理能力均得到提高;软件应用前,不同层级护士对压疮高危风险预测、压疮伤口评估及防范举措准确性方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),应用后不同层级护士执行各项工作的准确性方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实现了标准化。此外,院内压疮发生率降低至1.76%,压疮治愈率提高到67.65%。结论压疮管理软件构建了压疮或高危风险患者标准化的防护体系,提高了压疮防护质量和管理水平,保障了患者安全。Objective To construct a standardized pressure ulcer prevention and treatment system by using pressure ulcer management software,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of pressure ulcer prevention and treatment. Methods The pressure ulcer management software consisted of five major modules including pressure ulcer risk identification,wound assessment,pressure ulcer prevention and treatment guideline,wound consultation and quality control. The high-risk patients and patients with pressure ulcer were dynamically monitored by using the pressure ulcer management software. Results After using the pressure ulcer management software,nurses showed more satisfied with the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer than before（P〈0.05）; nurses showed significant improvement in the ability of pressure ulcer prevention and treatment（P〈0.05）,and no significant difference was found among nurses in different levels（P〉0.05）. The incidence of pressure ulcer decreased to 1.76% and the cure rate of pressure ulcer increased to 67.65%. Conclusion A standardized pressure ulcer prevention and treatment system has been formulated by using the pressure ulcer management software,which can improve the quality and efficiency of pressure ulcer management and ensure patient safety.
